Back-to-school is about more than schedules and school supplies—it’s also about having the skills and connections to handle what comes with it.
Our Vibe Check: Managing Emotions & Stress online therapy group gives teens ages 15–18 a supportive space to connect with peers while learning and practicing DBT-informed skills for managing big emotions, tolerating distress, navigating social situations, and building confidence.
The online format makes it easier to participate from the comfort and privacy of home, while the group experience reminds teens that they’re not navigating the pressures of school, friendships, and everyday life alone.

Our multidisciplinary team provides a full range of behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and new parents. Our staff includes a collaborative team of board-certified psychiatrists, licensed psychologists and therapists, certified social workers, clinical nurse specialists and other mental health professionals. We accept most insurance coverage, and all payment options can be discussed with our staff.

Yes! We will be happy to register you as a new client and contact you when we it’s time to schedule.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Once you have submitted your request for services one of our Client Care Coordinators will contact you after we have an opening with a therapist that looks like a good fit for you.
Do you offer telehealth and in-person sessions?
Yes, we will offer both telehealth and in-person sessions.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept most insurances, please contact us for more details.
What does it cost to receive services?
The cost for services ranges from $125 to $175 per session for individual and family/couples’ therapy. The cost for group counseling ranges from $50 to $75 per session. Our Client Care Coordinators will make sure you are clear on the cost when scheduling your first appointment.
