Sherry believes that “The goal of counseling is to bring about positive change in the hearts and thoughts of each individual. Past experiences can influence present thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. The evidence of true change is the change in our thoughts that produces change in our actions. This change also includes a well roundedness and balance of social, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Through counseling, you can expect to be part of and take part in the direction and distance of your recovery and restoration. Together, we can share this journey.”
