
Jonathan Stephens, LMFT
Jonathan Stephens has been working in the mental health field since 2013. He holds credentials as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Virginia and California. He has experience working with diverse populations and various age groups. As a marriage and family therapist, he is passionate about relationships, communication, and concerns within the family system. He has several years of experience in both private practice and community based mental health.
Jonathan graduated from Azusa Pacific University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology with an emphasis in counseling. He went on to complete his master’s degree at Hope International University in Marriage and Family Therapy. He completed student internships working with children for in home therapy and pediatric testing. He also completed two years in biblical studies at Life Pacific College and believes that a relationship with God and spiritual development is foundational to finding meaning and purpose in life.
Jonathan is happily married and has been blessed with two small children. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf poorly, and building or repairing things around the house.
