Jennifer A. Muro, LCSW, RPT

Jennifer Muro has over eight years of experience as an intensive in-home counselor and outpatient therapist. She specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, mood dysregulation, anger and impulse control difficulties, children of divorced families and marriage ministry. She believes in practical and effective Christ-centered therapy.

Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist in the state of Virginia. She obtained her Master’s of Social Work from Norfolk State University. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University.

Jennifer, her husband and their three children reside in Newport News. They attend church in Newport News where they serve in many capacities as leaders. Jennifer enjoys time with her family, marriage ministry, football and the beach.
