Karis Holder, LPC
Karis Holder sees clients age 8 and above and all issues. She has particular specialties for anger management training, older children, and marital issues. She has worked with at-risk youth, and people who struggle with ADHD issues, sexual abuse recovery, trauma recovery, depression, and anxiety.
Karis graduated from Regent University with her Master’s in Counseling and has had the privilege of working with military families, at risk youth and families, and individuals from all walks of life. She believes her task as a therapist is to walk alongside clients towards the goals they have as she takes a wholistic approach, exploring the thinking, emotions, physical and spiritual aspects of an individual and how those intertwine to move towards positive change.
Karis loves the outdoors, beach and camping during her spare time. She has an ongoing hobby and interest in photography.
