Jessica Kirby is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has worked in the mental health field since 2022. Jessica's work spans various aspects of mental health and is passionate about working with children, teenagers and military families. She specializes in helping clients manage trauma, anxiety, ADHD, marriage and family difficulties, and addictions. Her approach is deeply rooted in her belief that faith is crucial to a person’s healing and overall quality of life. This perspective is central to her practice, offering clients a unique and holistic approach to therapy.  Jessica Kirby is a graduate of Regent University where she completed her bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her academic achievements laid a solid foundation for her career, and her internship at Genesis Counseling Center provided her with invaluable practical experience.  Jessica is a proud Navy veteran and Navy spouse. She has an awesome bonus daughter who works for the city of Virginia Beach as a paramedic. Jessica's hobbies include camping, reading nonfiction books, powerlifting, and playing on her PS5. These activities not only keep her grounded but also provide her with a well-rounded perspective that she brings into her counseling sessions.
