Family Therapy

Family therapy refers both to the practice of working with two or more members of a family at once, and also to the general practice of family therapy wherein your therapist takes into consideration your family influences and situation as he or she assists you with your difficulties. In general, your therapist will remain neutral among all parties in the therapy. With this “systems” view of an individual or family issue,it isn’t about who is “right” or “wrong” but rather, focuses on how to solve the presenting problems. Family therapy is useful in assisting with marital difficulty, parent-child conflicts, and a number of other relationship challenges.
