Eric is a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Eric uses solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a person-centered approach when working with clients. Eric has worked with a wide range of clients, including couples, adults, children, adolescents, and families. Eric’s passion is to provide a space where families, couples, and individuals can work through their concerns, and he can walk beside them on their journey towards healing while restoring hope in their lives. Eric completed undergraduate studies at Norfolk State University, earning a BS in Social Work before continuing his education at Regent University, earning an MA in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy. Eric completed internships at LINK of Hampton Roads, working with people experiencing homelessness, Denbigh High School, serving as a guidance counselor, and The Center for Child and Family Services. He completed residencies in counseling at IMPACT Counseling & Coaching, Williamsburg Counseling, and Genesis Counseling Center. Eric has also completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Eric is a retired Air Force veteran. He enjoys playing golf, listening to jazz, volunteering at church, and spending time with his family in his free time.
