Caroline Page, Post-Doctoral Resident
Dr. Caroline Page is a post-doctoral resident in psychology, the final stage before obtaining licensure as a clinical psychologist. She utilizes an integrative approach to therapy with a foundation in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. She is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves by exploring the ways past experiences, relationships, attachment patterns, and internal beliefs shape their current view of self, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. While grounded in a psychodynamic approach, Dr. Page also incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet each client’s unique needs. She enjoys working with both adolescents and adults to address a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, OCD, mood, relational concerns, trauma, and stress.
Dr. Page earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from Liberty University. Her clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including child and adolescent inpatient psychiatry, residential treatment, and outpatient private practice. These experiences have allowed her to work with individuals presenting with a wide range of concerns and have shaped her compassionate and individualized approach to client care.
Outside of her clinical work, Caroline enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two yellow labs. She loves taking them to the lake or beach for a swim, and she and her husband—an airline pilot—enjoy traveling together whenever they can. Originally from Greenville, SC, Caroline enjoys returning home to visit family.
