Stephanie Bomar, MHR
Stephanie Bomar has a passion for helping to create positive change in people, families and the community. She has spent over 20 years working with public and private schools, churches and non-profit organizations. She has assisted students and families in the classroom, as PTA president, school advisory board member and United Way leader. She has worked closely with special needs families and helped to connect them with valuable resources in the community. As AmeriCorps Program Director, she worked with at-risk children and youth in a multi-county reading and mentoring program and worked to build lasting relationships with schools, businesses and community organizations.
Stephanie has a B.S. in Marketing from Boise State University in Idaho, graduating cum laude, and Master in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. As a military family member, she understands the need to learn about the local community, get involved and make a difference. She currently teaches a children’s Bible class at her local church.
In her spare time Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, working in the yard, listening to 80’s music and loves to head to the mountains or the beach whenever possible.
