Jeremy Ross, LPC, CSAC
Jeremy Ross is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), and a Certified Traumatologist. He works with children, adolescents, and adults. He has experience working individuals with severe mental health issues including, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorders, ADHD, ODD, anxiety, stress and trauma disorders. He has specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Trauma.
Jeremy received his BA from Christopher Newport University in Recreation & Tourism and his Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Regent University. In addition, he has also received specialized training through the Green Cross where he completed training for Compassion Fatigue Educator, Compassion Fatigue Therapist and Certified Traumatologist. His training includes the integration of Christian Faith into the use of therapeutic models that are conducive to the needs of those he works with. He has experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Didactical Behavioral Therapy.
Jeremy was raised in a military family and moved around often up till about the age of 8. His family settled in the Hampton roads area where he has been since 1998. In his free time he spends time with his wife and children. He also enjoys singing for the church worship team, playing soccer, watching movies, and watching sports; college basketball, professional soccer, NFL, NHL to name a few.
